The amenities at RIVER RUN will be designed to Enhance Your Every Day. For a social lifestyle or an active one, there will be something for you. The world-class amenities will include a custom-designed clubhouse, two regulation Pickleball courts, horseshoes, 46 acres of open space with walking trails, and access to the Exeter River.
THE CLUBHOUSE
The custom clubhouse will be situated conveniently in the middle of the community in proximity to the tranquil Exeter River. Designed with the 55+ lifestyle in mind, the clubhouse will feature spaces for recreation, relaxation, social events, and wellness.

Beloved by the 55 and older crowd, it is a must-have for any 55+ community - and at RIVER RUN, it will be built right into the clubhouse grounds.
WALKING TRAILS
In addition to the 46 acres of open space, RIVER RUN will have a dedicated community walking trail for residents to use for exercise or a leisurely nature stroll.
RIVER ACCESS
RIVER RUN will offer access to the scenic, tranquil Exeter River. Explore the water's edge with your loved ones, or enjoy a peaceful day of fishing.
