This week, the clubhouse, pickleball courts, and community pool officially opened for residents' use! This is a welcome milestone coming on the heels of 4th of July weekend, allowing residents and their guests to use these amenities throughout the summer and beyond. The timing also falls on the one-year anniversary of The Villages at Three Ponds' first closing.
The clubhouse offers a beautiful setting with panoramic views of the two largest ponds; an expansive great room with an abundance of couches, tables and chairs accented by the stunning stone fireplace; a full kitchen; exercise room with a variety of equipment; a screen porch and large outdoor patio with built-in firepit and grill overlooking the beautiful ponds. The clubhouse front walkway and landscaping are currently in progress. Photos and virtual tour coming soon!
Also open to residents are the two pickleball courts, conveniently located in front of the clubhouse. Pickleball paddles and balls are provided for community use. Additionally, the outdoor community pool and pool deck are now open, which can be accessed from the clubhouse or walking trail.
Community amenities are available for use by The Villages at Three Ponds residents and their invited guests. Additional amenities not yet completed include the walking trails with fitness stations, revamped beach area with pedal boats, and a new gazebo.
