On Saturday, August 22nd from 11am-3pm, The Gove Group and 3-Ponds, LLC will be holding the Clubhouse Grand Opening, in conjunction with the opening of all remaining homesites in Phase 3.
Visitors will be able to take guided one-on-one tours of the clubhouse and amenities, as well as tour the current model home at 4 Three Ponds Drive and other completed home(s) in the neighborhood.
Additionally, the newly paved James Circle will be available for golf cart tours for prospective buyers to view the available homesites in Phase 3.
For the safety of current homeowners using the clubhouse, as well as that of visitors and agents, clubhouse tours will be conducted with one group at a time and all visitors will be required to wear masks.
Normal open house hours will be conducted on Sunday from 12-2pm.
