The long-awaited Phase 4 is finally here! Join us on December 11, 12 and 18 from 12-2pm for the Grand Opening of the new phase. Tour our new, staged model home, learn about the new phase and view the homesites.
The first group of homesites to be made available will include the first 9 homesites in Phase 4. Completion for these homesites is expected to be late spring 2022.
All of the same floor plans are being offered as in previous phases, with the addition of the Boysenberry Biscotti, a 1,783 square foot ranch. Buyers will be able to tour the Boysenberry Biscotti, which is our new model home, at the Grand Opening.
Currently, Phase 4 has not yet received AG approval. Until such time as registration is issued, only non-binding reservation agreements may be accepted. Reservations will be accepted beginning Monday, December 13th at 9:00am. Reservations will be first come, first serve and must include a $1,000 deposit check made out to The Gove Group Real Estate in addition to the reservation form. Reservation forms can be obtained at the Grand Opening or by contacting one of the listing agents. Forms and checks can be delivered to The Gove Group Real Estate at 70 Portsmouth Ave in Stratham, NH beginning at 9:00am on Monday, December 13th. Reservations will NOT be accepted prior.
